The Pacific Crest Trail spans 2,650 miles from Mexico to Canada, winding through California, Oregon, and Washington. This 18-inch-wide path leads adventurers through blistering hot deserts, endless forests, alpine peaks, and serene glacial lakes. The trail holds countless memories that I could never fully convey on a website. It will forever remain a key part of my life. The beauty of nature and the people I encountered along the way will always hold a special place in my heart.
The five months of almost endless trail provided some of the most amazing memories I could have imagined. That's 'Rosie' in the second photo, stepping across the peak of Half Dome in Yosemite Valley after celebrating the Fourth of July under the stars in the valley.

I'm Danny, and I'm dedicated to creating a life that combines my passion for adventure with my love for business. As you can see, this is not America and is not the PCT. However, i recently headed to Morocco for a surf trip with some mates. We all headed up to the skate park just above Taghazout for sunset. The artwork, the colours and the people made for an incredibly entertaining evening. It also made taking some cool photos rather easy...
Although I started the PCT as a solo adventure, it didn't take long for friendships to begin to emerge. I started walking with Carter at mile 240. I then reached the Canadian border with him 4 months later. Although not every mile between the 2 points was done together, the majority were. As we trundled along the trail, our little 'Trail Family' began to grow and grow. We would always bump into familiar faces at certain points. There was a group of about 8 of us who stuck together for the vast majority of the trail. These friendships were built quickly and will last forever.
With only two days of rain in five months on the trail, clouds were a rare sight. However, when they did appear, they contributed to some incredibly atmospheric scenes. The bottom right image, featuring a sticker, depicts a burnt forest in northern California. The Dixie fire raged for over 100 days, burning almost 1 million acres... This sticker stood out as one of the few colourful elements amidst the devastation.

Straight out of bed and into a 3 hour climb. However, it was a town day. Which meant we were going to hit a road and get hitch into the nearest town. That equates to food and beer. So an early morning climb is done at double speed when you know what is waiting in just a few hours time.
